I recently spent a few nights at The Kingsley Hotel, and while the luxurious accommodations and friendly staff impressed me, my experience was marred by some unsettling interactions regarding a lost item. I had left behind a leather box with significant sentimental and monetary value, and unfortunately, the follow-up regarding its recovery was dissatisfying. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but the service left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The Classic King Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. it had a lovely bath and separate walk-in shower. However, there was a noticeable bleach smell that lingered, which detracted from my overall enjoyment.
